Time to get jiggy with it!
It’s time to hit the D-floor and shake your butts because this week we are grooving out while talking about dance! People have been expressing themselves through dance for what feels like forever. It’s a medium and universal language that has rich history, cultural significance, and also coolness & cringe all wrapped up in one art form. So join Tuong and Boogy Buddies Brie & Nick Watson (The Constant Struggle Podcast), and Dan Rosen as they get ready to shake it while ranking Top 5 Dance Moves.

Ground Rules
- We are talking dance moves not dance routines. For example: You can’t say the full dance from High School Musical or the whole N’Sync Bye Bye Bye dance.
- So each nomination will mostly encapsulate a single dance move however there are some cases where there is a grey line (and somewhat contradicts the rule above). Some dance moves have a handful of actions that make up ONE dance move and those will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Dance moves will be judged based on how difficult or impressive it is, how popular it is, and of course just if this group likes it.
- Technically this podcast was going to encapsulate dance moves from all walks of life and culture however when this particular gang got together, we opted for the silly and chaotic (don’t judge us :P).
- Scroll further down for some honourable mentions that might “better” represent this category
