Come on down!
TV Game shows have been around for a very long time. And while the history of this format has been around forever, the appeal of them has always been the same – that everyday people could win a lot of money by being tested for their mental or physical abilities (or more times than not just dumb luck). So this week join Tuong La and What We Do in the Basement’s Jesse Bergen, Natashia Durand, and Thomas Proles as they they land on the Daily Double and give the final answer of “what is Top 5 TV Game Shows?”.
Come on down!
Merry Christmas from the PodCavern!
It’s everyone’s favorite time of the year! Snow is falling, fancy colored lights are shining, and gifts are wrapped (mostly poorly but hey its the thought that counts) under the tree. It’s the most joyous time of the year that brings us all together, which wouldn’t be possible without the very thought of our favorite red-suited, white bearded hero, Kris Kringle!
Throughout Christmas history there have been MANY different representations of Santa in movies, TV, books, games, etc. On this Very Merry Christmas special of Ranked, Tuong La and Holly Jolly Elves Jesse Bergen, Hayley Kellett, and Jason Dogleash rank their favorite incarnations of Santa Claus!
This week on the Improv Punch Up there’s NO GUEST!?! It’s just Leslie and Angus. The boys take a look at an animated classic, a star studded blockbuster, and even read words off paper. They’ll also have to deal with some unwanted guests in the PodCavern.
Last year we ranked some dogs, so it only seemed right to finally put together a list of it’s fur-midable foe – the cat! Join Tuong La and cat lover paw-destrians Leslie Cserepy, Angus MacDonald, and Samantha Leggatt as we rank a purr-fect Top 5 List of the best Fictional Cats!
Tuong wraps up all the fun pop culture things (that he saw) in July and talks about Ant-Man and the Wasp, Skyscraper, and the hot trailers from SDCC 2018!
Join us as hosts Tuong and Angus enter the ring to punch up some scenes with the magnificent Meghan “Murph” Murphy (Embassy Q) This week Big Lez pushes his son to make a volcanic decision, Ja Rule brings people together with grocery store street racing, and Ivan Ooze Fights for equal rights.
DADDY IS BACK IN THE BUILDING! Tuong has found his way back from god knows where to Punch Up some scenes with Leslie and Angus. Join us as try to figure out the chain of command, Wolverine goes on a quest to make himself clean, and we find out once and for all who is the real faker!
We all know real life sucks. From the dawn of human kind, we’ve always envied the fictional worlds that we see in movies, books, TV, and video games. We all have had a moment where…
Our favorite little country up in the north of the world is turning 151 and we are here to celebrate! When we think of our favorite celebrities, it’s funny how a lot of them happen to be Canadian eh? So sit back, cozy up on your favorite chesterfield, grab some Timmies, and join Tuong La and Crazy Cool Canucks Leslie Cserepy, Angus MacDonald, and Laura Gordon as we rank our favourite Canadians of ALL TIME!
The Boys are back! All three of The Improv Punch Up hosts are in the PodCavern to record a new episode…. Wait a second where’s Tuong? He’s supposed to be here. Leslie and Angus will have to keep it together until he arrives. Come and see what can change when you’ve been frozen for 6 days, or what happens when you approach an alien in a cafe and tensions rise in the PodCavern. Could this be the end of Punch Up!?!
